It is my pleasure to serve you.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

1. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT: A Deposit payment that will be deducted from the total cost of your service is required for all bookings and appointments. This payment is due at the time of booking. It is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another individual, you will receive a receipt via text/email after your appointment is booked, please look out for it.

Ensure you make the deposit payment within 2 hours to confirm your booking is complete.

The final payment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment.

All bridal/bridal party balances are due 24 hours before the scheduled date of your appointment.

2. CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 48 hours in advance or will result in the LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

3: NO CALL, NO SHOW, and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will result in the loss of your deposit. Reschedule your appointment via text or email.

* If cancellation is due to the makeup artist a full refund of your deposit will be paid within 24hours after cancellation.

4: TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & PARKING. Travel appointments are available by request only. This service includes out-of-state clients and travels to ONE or MORE locations. Any service requiring an artist to travel to another location will incur a $60 or more travel fee. Additional miles will be calculated.

Please note that PARKING and ACCOMMODATIONS must be covered by the client and arranged in advance if applicable.

5: MISCELLANEOUS: PHOTOS & VIDEOS

The client agrees to full use of photographs and/or videos taken during or after makeup services provided by Soulbeautyglam to be used for:

1: Makeup Artist portfolio

2: Promotional purposes on Artist Social media or website
